What FareChair is

FareChair is a price comparison site. We do not sell tickets, set prices, add fees, hold inventory or process payments. Every purchase happens on the marketplace you choose, under that marketplace’s own terms, and that marketplace is responsible for the ticket, payment, delivery, cancellations, refunds and support. By using FareChair you agree to these terms.

About the prices you see

Listings come from each marketplace when an event page is opened and are kept for up to two hours, less as the event gets close; the page shows when they were last checked. Prices and availability can change at any moment, so what you see on the marketplace may differ. Where a marketplace has not published a price, we say so rather than estimating one. Where a marketplace reports a range rather than individual listings, we label it as a range. Service fees are set by each marketplace; where a listing’s price includes them the row says so, and where it doesn’t, fees are added at that marketplace’s checkout. Always confirm the final amount on the marketplace’s own page before you pay.

How we make money

We may earn a referral commission when you buy through one of our outbound links. It costs you nothing extra. Commissions never affect the order of listings, and we show marketplaces we earn nothing from alongside the ones we do.

Trademarks and independence

FareChair is an independent company. Marketplace, team, league, venue and performer names and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance here identifies the events and sellers being compared and does not imply endorsement of FareChair. Participation in a marketplace’s affiliate program is not an endorsement either.

Using the site

FareChair is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy the site in bulk, run automated tools against it, or interfere with its operation. The data we display comes from third parties and is provided for comparison; it is not advice, and it is not a guarantee that a ticket exists at a price.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep prices and availability accurate but cannot guarantee it, and we are not a party to any purchase you make on another company’s site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FareChair LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a purchase made on a marketplace, including a listing that changed or sold out, a fee added at checkout, or an event that was moved or cancelled. The site is free to use; our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Lubbock County, Texas.
